Benjamin Jolley is a third-generation independent community pharmacist practicing at the oldest continuously operating pharmacy in Salt Lake City, Jolley's Compounding Pharmacy. In 2025, he became the most prominent advocate for structural separation of PBMs and pharmacies by speaking to a crowd of more than 20,000 people about the abuses imposed upon small business pharmacies and the general public by the vertically integrated monopolist PBMs. Benjamin is a Senior Fellow for Healthcare Policy at the American Economic Liberties Project. He writes a blog, ramblings of a pharmacist, on the intersection of market power, pharmacy practice, and pharmacy pricing, which is available at benjaminjolley.substack.com

We recommend you fly into the Salt Lake City airport by 3pm on September 23. For departures, we recommend flying out any time on September 25.
